1. Agreement to terms

Our services consist of advisory sessions and written materials intended to help reporters prepare for lawful field inquiries. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to misrepresent your identity or the nature of your inquiry when contacting us.

All content on this site, including text, written plans and materials prepared during sessions, remains the intellectual property of Brentora unless otherwise agreed in writing. Written plans provided to clients are for their own personal use.

Brentora provides preparation and advisory support only; it does not conduct field inquiries on a client's behalf and is not responsible for decisions made during your own reporting activities.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our guidance is offered in good faith based on general practice and is not a substitute for legal advice. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Brentora's liability for any loss arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, including the High Court of Kenya where applicable.
